Power House Cheer & Dance believes in awarding the best for being the best.

Its not about the size of your team but the skills you have mastered!

Power House Cheer & Dance follows the USASF age and ability guidelines with some exceptions:

• Ability level is determined on the majority of the team members that can perform the skills in the level. (If only three people on your team of 20 are Level 4 and the rest are Level 3 your team will be considered Level 3)
• PHCD does not offer split level teams. If you are Level 3 tumblers but Level 4 stunters your team will have to chose a level.
• PHCD offers a NON TUMBLING division for school teams only.

Other Rules & Guidelines

• All teams are required to have their own spotters. PHCD can not guarantee spotters for stunts.
• Teams are not allowed to change levels during a competition season.
